Scott's Tasting Notes: Cherry/raspberry on the nose; very vibrant and lively red fruit, velvet tannins, menthol/cola/truffle finish. Fun and delicious. With some air it evolves into a satisfying mouth-coating of cherry syrup flavors with a complex herbal and earthy finish, and nice acidity to back it all up.
