Refund policy

We know it can happen: a damaged bottle of wine. In the rare chance it does, please reach out. We guarantee our wines 100% and will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged; we want to make it right. Also, in the rare event you receive the wrong order, let us know, and the correct item with a return label inside the new box will be mailed to you. This way, you can simply hand the return back to the carrier when someone 21 or older signs for it upon delivery.
